Complete systems
We offer complete systems from the idea to commissioning. Our wide range of services includes assembly and joining automation, material flow automation, and special plant construction. We accompany our customers through the entire process.
Our expertise also extends to packaging and palletizing processes, always taking into account the specific requirements of our customers. With our mechanical and electrical design teams, we are able to develop customized solutions.
We use state-of-the-art technologies such as offline simulations to maximize the efficiency of our plants and identify potential problems before they occur. After the manufacturing and assembly of the plants, we take over the commissioning as well as the PLC and robot programming.
Fully automatic KLT storage system
M&E Services USA has developed a fully automatic KLT storage system capable of storing or buffering up to 7000 KLT empty containers per shift, including entry and exit. This demonstrates our ability to develop solutions designed for high production volumes and efficiency.
Our gripper is designed for three different KLT types and has tolerance compensation, which allows for precise handling of the containers. The plant uses an IDH 3-axis linear portal and an IDH flat storage belt without additional drive station, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the plant.
In addition, our solution includes roller conveyor technology and steel construction stages including static calculation. This ensures safe and efficient movement of the containers within the plant and optimal use of available space.
